Made this one on my 40th a little over 7 years ago. Printed it up at WalMart photo dept for like $2.80 some odd. They do the 8x10's on high grade photo paper and they last real good. If you get a document jpeg file from me the best way to print is from WalMart.

Certified Angels of mercy Certificates for Nurses. I gave these out to my fathers nurses when he was dying, that's when I started this. Marie was one of my nurses when I had back surgery.
